Key Features:

Integral Waterproofing: Becomes a permanent part of the substrate

Positive/Negative Side Application: Effective on both interior and exterior surfaces

Crack-Bridging Ability: Accommodates minor substrate movement (up to 0.8mm)

Excellent Adhesion: Bonds strongly to concrete, masonry, and stone

Vapor Permeable: Allows structures to breathe while blocking liquid water

Corrosion Protection: Shields reinforcement steel from chloride ingress

Sulphate Resistant: Suitable for aggressive environments

Seamless Application: Eliminates weak joints

Application Scenarios:

Below-Grade Structures:

Basement walls & floors

Underground parking garages

Tunnels and subways

Foundations and footings

Water Containment Structures:

Water tanks (potable & non-potable)

Reservoirs and dams

Swimming pools

Sewage treatment plants

Wet Areas:

Bathrooms, shower areas, wet rooms

Commercial kitchens

Balconies and terraces

Civil Infrastructure:

Bridges and piers

Retaining walls

Culverts

Repair & Rehabilitation:

Sealing leaking cracks and joints

Waterproofing repairs to damaged concrete

Structural strengthening systems (as protective layer)

Advantages:

Easy Application: Brush, trowel, or spray application

Cold Applied: No heating or special equipment required

Non-toxic: Safe for potable water contact after full cure

Durable: Resists weathering, UV degradation, and freeze-thaw cycles

High Build: Achieves required thickness in fewer coats

Compatible: Can be overlaid with tiles, screeds, or coatings

Typical Application Thickness: 2.0 - 3.0 mm per coat (2 coats recommended)

Substrate Preparation: Concrete surfaces must be clean, sound, and free from laitance, oil, or curing compounds. Pre-saturated Surface Dry (PSSD) condition is optimal. Rough surfaces preferred; smooth surfaces may require mechanical profiling.

Environmental Conditions: Apply between +5°C and +35°C. Protect from direct sunlight, wind, and rain during application and initial curing period (48 hours).
