Product Advantages
1) The use of this product does not affect normal production. During the construction period, the workshop production line does not need to be stopped. The construction efficiency is extremely high, less labor is used, and a lot of repair time is saved. The ordinary repair method takes at least half a month and at most one month, while the use of this material only takes one day or even shorter.
2) After the repair is completed, because its final strength is more than twice the strength of ordinary ground, the service life is longer. According to experience, the service life can reach more than twice that of ordinary floor. This can save at least one maintenance cost, which is about the same as the average maintenance cost.
3) The material is antifreeze and can still undergo hydration reaction at extremely low temperatures, which solves the problem that refrigeration companies can only use steel plates to repair the ground. Compared with the use of steel plates, it can reduce the repair cost by about 1/3.
4) Ordinary repair methods will generate about 20% of material costs, while the use of this material will not waste, and the amount used is as much as the input. In addition, the material is environmentally friendly, does not pollute the environment, and does not contain toxic and harmful substances.
Product performance characteristics
1) Good fluidity: no water seepage, self-leveling effect, can fill all gaps.
2) Early strength and high strength: 24-hour compressive strength can reach 30% of the final strength, three days to more than 60%, within 1-3 days to install equipment.

How to use
Preparation before construction
①. Machine mixing: concrete mixer;

Grouting construction
Step 1: Foundation treatment
The foundation surface should be roughened. Clean the surface and do not allow for debris such as gravel, floating slurry, floating ash, oil stains, and mold release agents. The surface should be fully moistened 24 hours before grouting. Clean the accumulated water 1 hour before grouting.
Step 2: Formwork
1) Set up the formwork according to the grouting construction drawing. Use cement slurry, tape, etc. to seal the joints between the formwork and the foundation, and between the formwork and the formwork, so that the overall formwork does not leak
2) The horizontal distance between the formwork and the equipment base should be controlled at about 100MM to facilitate grouting.
3) The elevation of the top of the formwork should be 50MM higher than the upper surface of the equipment base.
4) If grouting occurs during grouting, it should be handled in time.
Step 3: Grouting material preparation
1) Generally, add water and stir at 13%-14% for general reinforcement type, and add water and stir at 9%-10% for pebbles reinforcement type.
2) Mechanical stirring is recommended, and the stirring time is generally 1-2 minutes. It is strictly forbidden to use a hand-held electric drill mixer. When using manual stirring, 2/3 of the water should be added and stirred for 2 minutes, and then the remaining water should be added and stirred evenly.
3) The amount of each stirring should be determined according to the amount used to ensure that the material is used up within 40 minutes.
4) When used on site, it is strictly forbidden to add any admixtures or external additives to the SY grouting material.
Step 4: Grouting construction method
1) For longer equipment or track foundations, segmented construction should be adopted.

3. During the secondary grouting, the following requirements shall be met:
1). During the secondary grouting, grouting shall be carried out from one side or multiple points on the adjacent two sides until it overflows from the other side to facilitate exhaust during the grouting process. Grouting shall not be carried out from four sides at the same time.
2) After the grouting starts, it must be carried out continuously without interruption. And the grouting time shall be shortened as much as possible.
3) Vibration is strictly prohibited during the grouting process. If necessary, the SY grouting material can be pushed along the bottom of the grouting layer with a grouting booster. It is strictly prohibited to push from the middle and upper part of the grouting layer to ensure the homogeneity of the grouting layer.
4) After the grouting of the equipment foundation is completed, a 45-degree bevel should be cut outward along the edge of the equipment 3-6 hours after grouting to prevent cracks from forming at the free end. If the edge trimming process cannot be performed, the surface of the grouting layer should be calendered with a spatula 3-6 hours after grouting.
5) When the thickness of the grouting layer exceeds 150mm, a high-strength, non-shrinkage grouting material reinforced with pebble stone should be used.
6) When the amount of grouting for the equipment foundation is large, the mixing of the pebbled reinforced grouting material should be mechanically mixed to ensure the grouting construction.
Maintenance
1) Within 30 minutes after the grouting is completed, wet grass or rock wool blankets should be immediately covered and kept moist.
2) During winter construction, the maintenance measures should also comply with the relevant provisions of the current "Specifications for Construction and Acceptance of Reinforced Concrete Engineering" (GB50204).
3) After the grouting material reaches the wax removal time, the equipment can be installed. For specific time, please refer to the "Relationship Table of Film Removal and Curing Time and Ambient Temperature".
4) After the grouting of the equipment foundation is completed, if there is a part to be removed, it can be gently removed with a spatula or shovel tool 3-6 hours after the grouting is completed, that is, before the grouting layer hardens.
5) The vibration of the running machine shall not be transmitted to the equipment foundation. After the second grouting, the machine should be shut down for 24-35 hours to avoid damaging the unhardened grouting layer.
