Key Features & Benefits:

Ultra-High Early & Ultimate Strength: Ensures rapid return-to-service and superior load-bearing capacity.

Zero Bleed & Non-Metallic: Prevents corrosion of embedded steel and ensures uniform consistency.

Self-Leveling & Self-Compacting: Flows effortlessly into intricate voids and congested reinforcement without vibration.

Micro-Expansive: Compensates for plastic and drying shrinkage, guaranteeing positive contact with substrates.

Excellent Bond Strength: Creates a monolithic bond to concrete, steel, and masonry.

Durable & Impermeable: Resists freeze-thaw cycles, chemical attack (sulfates, chlorides), and water penetration.

Pumpable: Suitable for large-volume placements and hard-to-reach areas.

Low Heat of Hydration: Minimizes thermal cracking risk in mass pours.

Typical Applications:

Foundation & Machine Base Grouting: Precision leveling and anchoring of heavy machinery, turbines, pumps, presses, and structural columns onto concrete foundations.

Structural Column & Pier Base Plates: Filling cavities under base plates for uniform load transfer.

Concrete Repair & Strengthening: Repairing spalls, cracks, and honeycombs in beams, columns, slabs, walls, and bridge decks. Jacketing/encasement of structural elements.

Post-Installed Rebar Anchoring: Grouting dowel bars, anchor bolts, and reinforcing steel into drilled holes (rebar splicing, connections).

Precast Concrete Connections: Grouting sleeves and joints in precast structures.

Seismic Retrofitting: Strengthening joints, beam-column connections, and shear walls.

Underwater Repairs: Special formulations available (noted by specific product code).

Grouting of Post-Tensioning Ducts: Filling tendon ducts in post-tensioned concrete structures.

Bridge Bearing Pads: Leveling and supporting bridge bearings.

Advantages Over Conventional Grouts/Concrete:

Superior Flow & Consolidation: Eliminates voids and ensures complete contact.

Faster Strength Gain: Reduces downtime significantly.

Predictable Performance: Consistent, engineered properties.

Enhanced Durability: Protects structures long-term.

Ease of Placement: Minimizes labor, especially in confined spaces.

Handling & Mixing:

Prepare clean, sound, saturated-surface-dry (SSD) substrate. Remove laitance, oil, grease, and loose particles.

Use clean mixing equipment and potable water at recommended temperature.

Add grout powder gradually to water while mixing with a slow-speed (<500 rpm) paddle mixer. Mix thoroughly for 3-5 minutes until homogeneous.

Place immediately via pouring, pumping, or tremie. Avoid overworking after initial set begins.

Protect from rapid drying, freezing, or excessive heat during curing (min. 3 days recommended).

Safety: Wear appropriate PPE (gloves, eye protection, dust mask during mixing). Refer to SDS for detailed safety information.

Availability: Standard Grade (as above). Custom formulations (e.g., extended set, high-temperature, ultra-high-strength, underwater) available upon request.
