All of data, suggestions, and proposals presented here are based on our current knowledge and experience in raw materials and application technologies, which do not exclude the responsibility of users to scrutinize the quality of all received products. Because we are out of control of quality in users’ raw materials, production and application methods, service conditions as well as local standards, our suggestions and proposals do not imply any guarantee and promise for end product’s quality. The users should be responsible for formulation adjustment according to real conditions to meet project quality requirements.
Key Features & Benefits
Exceptional Knockdown & Persistence: Rapidly breaks existing surface foam and prevents re-foaming for extended periods.
Broad Compatibility: Effective across a wide pH range and in systems containing various surfactants and electrolytes.
Easy Handling & Dispersion: Ready-to-use, low-viscosity emulsion ensures easy pumping and homogeneous dispersion.
High Efficiency: Low dosage rates deliver significant cost savings.
Improved Process Efficiency: Minimizes downtime for foam-related cleaning, boosts production rates, and prevents overflow.
Enhanced Product Quality: Eliminates foam-related defects in coatings, adhesives, and finished products.
Equipment Protection: Reduces stress on pumps and agitators caused by air entrainment.
Emulsion Stability: Resists shearing and maintains performance under typical process conditions.

Recommended Dosage
Typical dosage ranges from 50 ppm to 500 ppm based on the severity of the foaming problem and the specific process.
Initial Trial: Always conduct laboratory or small-scale trials under process conditions to determine the optimal dosage for maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Addition Points: Can be added neat or diluted (with water or the process stream) directly to the point of foam generation (e.g., pump suction, top of tank, before a weir). Continuous feed is often preferred for persistent foam problems.
Packaging & Handling
Standard Packaging: 25 kg HDPE pails, 200 kg HDPE drums, 1000 kg IBC totes. Custom packaging available upon request.
Handling: Use standard industrial chemical handling procedures. Avoid freezing or prolonged exposure to high temperatures (>40°C). Agitate gently before use if separation occurs during storage. Wear appropriate PPE (gloves, safety glasses).
Storage: Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place in original tightly sealed containers away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
