Application Guidelines
Substrate Prep: Clean, structurally sound, and free from dust/oil. Pre-wet high-absorption surfaces.
Mixing: Add 5.0-5.5L water per 25kg bag. Mix mechanically for 3-5 minutes. Rest 2 mins, remix briefly.
Application: Apply using steel trowel. Maintain uniform thickness. Roughen surface for subsequent coats.
Curing: Protect from rapid drying (wind/sun) for 48 hours. Mist-spray in hot conditions.
Safety & Storage
Shelf Life: 6 months in original, unopened packaging (store in cool, dry place)
Safety: Wear gloves & eye protection. Alkaline material—avoid skin contact. Rinse with water if exposed.
Compliance: Conforms to EN 998-1:2016 (Plastering Mortar - CP III)
