Product Overview:

ProFlow Supreme is a high-performance, polymer-modified, cement-based self-leveling underlayment designed for rapid installation of smooth, perfectly flat surfaces prior to the application of final floor finishes. Its exceptional flow characteristics allow it to self-level effortlessly, filling voids and imperfections while minimizing labor. This fast-setting, high-strength compound is suitable for interior residential, commercial, and light industrial applications over a variety of structurally sound substrates.

Key Features & Benefits:

Superior Self-Leveling: Achieves flawlessly flat, smooth surfaces (FF ≥ 50, FL ≤ 10 per ASTM E1155) with minimal effort.

Rapid Strength Gain: High early strength allows for light foot traffic in 3-4 hours and installation of most floor coverings in 16-24 hours.

Excellent Bond Strength: Adheres tenaciously to properly prepared concrete, cementitious backer boards, gypsum underlayments (approved), plywood (primed), and ceramic tile.

Pumpable & Easy Mixing: Engineered for consistency and ease of pumping or bucket mixing.

Low Shrinkage: Minimizes cracking risk for durable, stable surfaces.

Smooth Finish: Provides an ideal substrate for sensitive floor finishes like vinyl sheet, LVT, VCT, carpet, rubber, and epoxy coatings.

Moisture Tolerant Formulation: Resists typical jobsite moisture during curing.

Primary Application Scenarios:

Subfloor Preparation for Flooring:

Creating smooth, level substrates over concrete slabs (new or old).

Correcting minor surface irregularities, cracks, depressions, and slopes (< 1:40) in existing floors.

Embedding radiant heat tubing or electrical wiring.

Priming substrates for vinyl sheet flooring (VSF), Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT/P), linoleum, carpet, VCT, rubber flooring, and epoxy coatings.

Floor Height Adjustment: Seamlessly transitioning between different floor levels in adjacent rooms.

Renovation Projects: Leveling damaged, worn, or uneven existing floors (concrete, tile, terrazzo) prior to installing new finishes.

Commercial & Retail Spaces: Preparing large, open floor areas quickly and efficiently for sensitive commercial flooring.

Residential Applications: Leveling floors in basements, kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas for modern flooring installations.

Light Industrial: Creating smooth, durable surfaces in warehouses, offices, and light manufacturing areas where a seamless floor finish is required.

Suitable Substrates (Must be structurally sound, clean, and properly primed):

Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) Slabs

Gypsum Concrete Underlayments (Approved Types)

Cementitious Backer Units (CBU)

Approved Gypsum Underlayments (e.g., Gyp-Crete®)

Ceramic Tile (Sound, well-bonded, cleaned, and profiled/scarified)

Plywood/Oriented Strand Board (OSB) (Requires specific approved primer/sealer)

Installation Notes:

Critical: Follow manufacturer's instructions precisely for substrate preparation, priming, mixing ratios (water & powder), mixing time, and environmental conditions (temperature/humidity).

Proper priming of the substrate is essential for bond.

Mix only with clean, potable water using a low-speed, high-torque drill and paddle. Avoid over-mixing or adding excess water.

Pour quickly and continuously. Use a gauge rake and spiked roller to assist flow, release air, and control thickness.

Maintain ambient and substrate temperatures between 50°F (10°C) and 90°F (32°C) during application and curing. Protect from drafts and direct sunlight.
