Primary Application Areas:

Construction & Renovation:

Concrete Repair: Bonding repair mortars and screeds to existing concrete substrates (floors, walls, structures).

Screeding & Leveling: Priming substrates before applying cementitious or anhydrite smoothing/leveling compounds.

Rendering/Plastering: Ensuring strong adhesion for renders, plasters (cement, lime, gypsum-based), and EIFS base coats to concrete block, brick, or existing renders.

Tile Adhesion: Priming dense, low-absorption substrates or smooth surfaces (e.g., power-floated concrete, existing tiles) before thin-bed or thick-bed tiling. [Note: Not a direct tile adhesive].

Application Instructions (Summary):

Substrate Preparation: Surface must be sound, clean, structurally stable, and free from laitance, grease, oil, dust, curing compounds, and loose particles. Mechanical preparation (e.g., light abrasion, scabbling) is often recommended for dense/smooth surfaces. Repair major defects. Ensure substrate is dry (surface moisture < 4% CM typically).

Mixing: Stir thoroughly before and occasionally during use. Do not dilute unless specified for specific conditions.

Application: Apply evenly using brush, roller, or low-pressure spray. Avoid puddling. Ensure complete, uniform coverage without gaps. One coat is usually sufficient; apply a second coat only if specified for highly porous surfaces, allowing the first to become tacky.

Drying/Curing: Allow sufficient time for BondPrime 300 to become touch dry and fully form its film (refer to Technical Parameters). Do not over-apply or allow to pool.

Overcoating: Apply the desired mortar, render, screed, adhesive, or coating within the specified time window (typically 1-4 hours, max 24 hours) for optimal chemical bonding. Always follow the overcoat material manufacturer's instructions.
