Application Instructions (Summary):
Substrate Preparation: Surface must be sound, clean, structurally stable, and free from laitance, grease, oil, dust, curing compounds, and loose particles. Mechanical preparation (e.g., light abrasion, scabbling) is often recommended for dense/smooth surfaces. Repair major defects. Ensure substrate is dry (surface moisture < 4% CM typically).
Mixing: Stir thoroughly before and occasionally during use. Do not dilute unless specified for specific conditions.
Application: Apply evenly using brush, roller, or low-pressure spray. Avoid puddling. Ensure complete, uniform coverage without gaps. One coat is usually sufficient; apply a second coat only if specified for highly porous surfaces, allowing the first to become tacky.
Drying/Curing: Allow sufficient time for BondPrime 300 to become touch dry and fully form its film (refer to Technical Parameters). Do not over-apply or allow to pool.
